Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Can I check in early?

Can I check out late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out.
How do I check out?
Text us when you’re leaving. If you need a copy of your folio, swing by the front desk.
HOTEL SERVICES
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes! Free wifi is available throughout hotel rooms and common areas.
Do you have a restaurant?
We do! ARRIVE Albuquerque is home to DWTNR, a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Americana comfort food is served alongside Pan Asian-American classics that make you feel right at home.
We invite you to join us for All Day Brunch from 7am-3pm daily, Happy Hour from 3pm-6pm daily, or Dinner 5pm-10pm Wednesday-Sunday.
Do you have a pool?
Yes! We have a sparking Zia-shaped pool that’s open seasonally for our hotel guests to enjoy.
Do you have a spa?
We don’t, but ask our Front Desk team for recommendations.
Do you have a concierge?

Do you have a Fitness Center?
Yes! We have a guest-exclusive Fitness Center featuring Peloton bikes located just off the lobby. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
ROOMS
Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
We have Pac N’ Plays and high chairs available upon request! We don’t have rollaway beds, but our Suite rooms have sleeper sofas.
Do you have refrigerators in your rooms?
Yes, all rooms have a personal fridge that’s fully stocked with a mini bar of gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks for purchase.
Can I throw a party in my room?
Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge for a drink.
Can I smoke or vape in my room?
No. And we’ll charge you $250 if you do.
What about on the patio or on the pool deck?
We’re a smoke-free property. This includes communal outdoor spaces.
Can you tell me about the hotel’s ADA features?
We have accessible features throughout, including at the registration desk, in designated guest rooms, on pathways, at the restaurant and at our other public spaces. For more details, please email albuquerque@arrivehotels.com.
PARKING
Where do I park my car?
Overnight valet parking is available for $25 plus tax per night. In and out privileges included. Pull up to the porte-cochère and we’ll get you squared away!
If you have a local friend visiting for a meal at DWTNR, visitor parking is available for $10 for 2 hours.
PETS
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under are welcome with a one-time, $50 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay are included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home! *Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love to see photos of your cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they cannot stay with us.
RESERVATIONS
How do I book a room?
Using our website is always the easiest and cheapest way to book a room.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, if you booked a refundable rate, you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page, or you can email us at albuquerque@arrivehotels.com. For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.
Can I reserve a block of rooms?
Yes. Visit our Private Events page and click “Book Now” to get the conversation going.
TEXTING
Why do I have to give you my mobile number to book a room?
We like to communicate with guests via text. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 505.309.3331 with any questions or requests, and during your stay you can text us for anything you need, including housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, and more.
What if I don’t want to receive texts?
To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.
Do all these texts cost money?
We don’t charge you anything, but your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us.
