Where do I check in at ARRIVE Austin?

ARRIVE Austin is located on the corner of 6th street and Chicon. Walk through the double doors on Chicon and check in at the front desk to your right!

Can I check in early?

We can't guarantee early check-in, but shoot us a text at 512.559.7811 or give us a call at 737.242.8080 and we'll be happy to check availability for you. 

Does ARRIVE Austin offer late check-out?

We'll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day's check-ins. Give us a call, and we'll see what we can work out. 

How old do you need to be to book a room at ARRIVE Austin?

You must be 21 or older to book a stay with us.

Does ARRIVE Austin offer parking?

ARRIVE Austin offers overnight valet parking 24/7 for $50 + tax per vehicle, per night. In and out privileges are included. If you have a local friend visiting for a bite at Lefty’s Day & Night or Kalimotxo, valet parking day rates start at $15 + tax per vehicle for 2 hours.

Do you have a concierge?

Does ARRIVE Austin have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, ARRIVE Austin offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including guest rooms.

Do you have a restaurant or on-site dining options?

Yes, ARRIVE Austin has two dining options in collaboration with Emmer and Rye Hospitality Group known for their Michelin Star-awarded and James Beard-nominated concepts. Kalimotxo is our Spanish restaurant and cocktail bar, celebrating the vibrant small plates culture of Spain, from basque style pintxos to tapas from Andalusia, all meant to be enjoyed with crushable cocktails, a curated Spanish wine list, and flowing porrones. Open nightly for dinner and happy hour. We’re also home to Lefty’s Day & Night, East Austin’s best neighborhood patio bar, offering coffee, breakfast, drinks, and tasty food morning, noon, or night. 

Does ARRIVE Austin have a bar?

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, ARRIVE Austin does not offer rollaway beds or cribs.

Do you have refrigerators in your rooms?

Yes, all rooms have a mini fridge with a fully-stocked minibar featuring gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks.

Can I throw a party in my room?

Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted at ARRIVE Austin, so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends at Lefty’s Day & Night or Kalimotxo for a good time.

Do you allow smoking or vaping? 

ARRIVE Austin is a smoke-free property. We do not permit smoking or vaping indoors, on balconies, or in communal outdoor spaces.

Can you tell me about ARRIVE Austin's ADA features?

ARRIVE Austin has accessible features throughout, including at the registration desk, in designated guestrooms, on pathways, at the restaurant and at our other public spaces. For more details, please contact us austin@arrivehotels.com.

Do you have hair dryers and fabric steamers?

Yes! In-room amenities at ARRIVE Austin include hair dryers and fabric steamers. 

Is ARRIVE Austin pet-friendly?

Yes, ARRIVE Austin is a pet-friendly hotel! We allow well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under with a one-time, $100 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay is included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home!

*Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they are not permitted to stay with us. Service animals are always welcome. 

Does ARRIVE Austin have private meeting or event space?

Yes, and we'd love to host your group! ARRIVE Austin features Lefty’s Day & Night, Kalimotxo, a rooftop patio, and a conference room available for private and semi-private gatherings and celebrations. You'll also have access to discounted rates at Bond Collective, less than half a mile away from ARRIVE Austin, if you need a co-working space or have additional meeting room needs. Is ARRIVE Austin a wedding venue?

Yes, ARRIVE Austin is a great venue when you're looking for an intimate wedding, an elopement dinner, or a fun cocktail reception for up to 200 guests. Check out the Private Events page, hit the “Book Now” button, and we’ll go from there.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, you can modify your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our ARRIVE Austin booking page. If there’s something more complicated or you need help, email us at austin@arrivehotels.com. For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.

Can I reserve a block of rooms?

Where is ARRIVE Austin located?

ARRIVE Austin is situated on East 6th Street, in the heart of Austin's vibrant East Side. Our location is incredibly walkable! When you stay with us, you're a short walk or ride share away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and attractions like Suerte, Whisler's, Canje, Lazarus Brewing Co, Franklin BBQ, UT Austin, the Moody Center, Lady Bird Lake, and so much more. How far is ARRIVE Austin from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport?

We are located less than 6 miles from the AUS airport. By car, it'll take you 15 minutes or less to get to us. 

How far is ARRIVE Austin from UT Austin?

We are located less than 2 miles, or 10-minute drive, from The University of Texas at Austin. 

Do you need to rent a car when visiting Austin?

When you stay at ARRIVE Austin, you'll be in the heart of the East Austin neighborhood and walking distance to plenty of great bars and restaurants. Renting a car is handy if you want to explore or rent a boat outside of town, but you can get around easily on foot or using ride-sharing services.

What local Austin attractions are you close to?

Great question! ARRIVE Austin is located just two miles away from the Moody Center, two miles away from UT Austin, and a block away from Huston-Tillotson University. We're also 1.5 miles (or a 6-minute drive) to the Austin Convention Center, though it's currently closed for construction. If you're looking to enjoy some outdoor activities, we are a little over a mile away from Lady Bird Lake and four miles from Barton Springs Pool. If you're here for SXSW, ACL, or F1 weekend, ARRIVE Austin is the perfect hotel option based on our location, amenities, spacious hotel rooms, and two convenient and delicious on-site restaurants.

Why do I have to give you my mobile number to book a room?

We like to communicate with guests via text. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 512.559.7811 with any questions or requests, and during your stay you can text us for anything you need, including housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, and more.

What if I don’t want to receive texts?

To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.

Do all these texts cost money?

We don’t charge you anything, but your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us.
