CHECKING IN
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Where do I check in?
At the front desk! Walk through the double doors on Chicon and you can’t miss it.
Can I check in early?
Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I check out late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out.
Anything else I need to know about check-in?
You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us.
PARKING
Where do I park my car?
Overnight valet parking is available 24/7 for $42 + tax per vehicle, per night. In and out privileges are included. If you have a local friend visiting for a bite at Lefty’s Brick Bar or Kalimotxo, valet parking day rates range from $12-38 depending on the length of stay.

Do you have a concierge?

Do you have free Wi-Fi?
We sure do.
Do you have a restaurant?
We do! Kalimotxo is our Spanish restaurant and cocktail bar celebrating the vibrant small plates culture of Spain, from basque style pintxos to tapas from Andalusia, all meant to be enjoyed with crushable cocktails, a curated Spanish wine list, and flowing porrones.
Do you have a bar?
Yes, both Lefty’s Brick Bar and Kalimotxo also offer full-service bars! Click here to view Lefty’s full menu and hours, and here for Kalimotxo full menu and hours.
Do you have a spa?
We don’t, but we can connect you with in-room spa services! Text us at 512-399-1927 before or during your stay and we’ll make it happen.
ROOMS
Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
No, we don’t.
Do you have refrigerators in your rooms?
Yes, all rooms have a fridge which you are free to use. We also offer a fully-stocked minibar with gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks.
Can I throw a party in my room?
Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends at Lefty’s Brick Bar or Kalimotxo for a good time.
Can I smoke or vape in my room?
No. And we’ll charge you $250 if you do.
What about on my patio or in the courtyard?
We’re a smoke-free property. This includes balconies and communal outdoor spaces.
Can you tell me about the hotel’s ADA features?
We have accessible features throughout, including at the registration desk, in designated guestrooms, on pathways, at the restaurant and at our other public spaces. For more details, please email austin@arrivehotels.com.
PETS
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under are welcome with a one-time, $100 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay are included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home! *Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love to see photos of your cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they cannot stay with us.
MEETINGS & EVENTS
Can I host a meeting or event at ARRIVE Austin?
We’d love to host your group. Check out the Private Events page, hit the “Book Now” button, and we’ll get the conversation started.
Do you do weddings?
Sometimes. We are a relatively small property, but sometimes it’s a gorgeous fit. Check out the Private Events page, hit the “Book Now” button, and we’ll go from there.
RESERVATIONS
How do I book a room?
The internet is the best. In fact, you’re here now – so just click the Book Now link in the top right corner of this page.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page. If there’s something more complicated or you need help, email us at austin@arrivehotels.com. For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.
Can I reserve a block of rooms?
Yes. Email us at austin@arrivehotels.com to let us know how many friends are coming.
Are you close to the Convention Center?
We are a quick scooter or Uber ride away.
TEXTING
Why do I have to give you my mobile number to book a room?
We like to communicate with guests via text. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 512-399-1927 with any questions or requests, and during your stay you can text us for anything you need, including housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, and more.
What if I don’t want to receive texts?
To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.
Do all these texts cost money?
We don’t charge you anything, but your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us.
