Check-in at ARRIVE Albuquerque is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Where do I check in?

At the front desk! We’re located on 8th St between Central and Copper Ave.

Can I check in early?

We can't guarantee early check-in, but shoot us a text at 505.309.3331 or give us a call at 505.578.5647, and we'll be happy to check on availability for you. 

Can I check out late?

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Give us a call, and we’ll see what we can work out.

How do I check out?

Text us when you’re leaving. If you need a copy of your folio, swing by the front desk.

Does ARRIVE Albuquerque offer parking?

Yes, overnight valet parking is available for $25 plus tax per vehicle, per night. In and out privileges included. Pull up to the porte-cochère, and we’ll get you squared away! If you have a local friend visiting for a meal at DWTNR, visitor parking is available for $10 for 2 hours.

Does ARRIVE Albuquerque have free Wi-Fi?

Yes! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout hotel rooms and common areas. 

Does ARRIVE Albuquerque have a restaurant or on-site dining options?

We do! ARRIVE Albuquerque is home to DWTNR, a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Americana comfort food is served alongside Pan Asian-American classics that make you feel right at home. Join us for breakfast from 8am–11am Monday & Tuesday, All Day Brunch from 8am–3pm Wednesday–Sunday, Happy Hour 3pm-6pm Wednesday–Friday, or Dinner 5pm-9pm Wednesday-Sunday. It's the best patio spot on Route 66 in Albuquerque for Happy Hour and to watch the Sunday Cruise. 

Does ARRIVE Albuquerque have a pool?

Yes! ARRIVE Albuquerque has a sparkling Zia-shaped pool that’s open seasonally for our hotel guests to enjoy. Live nearby? Neighbors can book a pool day pass here! 

Do you have a spa?

We do not offer spa services, but our Front Desk team is happy to assist with recommendations, or check out our Field Guide on our website!

Is there an on-site gym at ARRIVE Albuquerque?

ARRIVE Albuquerque has a guest-exclusive Fitness Center featuring Peloton bikes located just off the lobby. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

We have Pac N’ Plays and high chairs available upon request! We don’t have rollaway beds, but our Suite rooms have sleeper sofas.

Do you have refrigerators in your rooms?

Yes, all rooms have a personal fridge that’s fully stocked with a mini bar of gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks for purchase.

Can I throw a party in my room?

Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted at ARRIVE Albuquerque so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge for a drink. We have a great happy hour Wednesday through Friday from 3pm–6pm!. 

Can I smoke or vape in my room?

No. And we’ll charge you $250 if you do.

What about on the patio or on the pool deck?

ARRIVE Albuquerque is a smoke-free property. This includes communal outdoor spaces. 

Can you tell me about ARRIVE Albuquerque's ADA features?

Do you have hair dryers and fabric steamers?

Yes! In-room amenities include hair dryers and fabric steamers.

Do you allow dogs at ARRIVE Albuquerque?

Yes, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a pet-friendly boutique hotel. Well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under are welcome with a one-time, $50 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay is included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home!

*Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love to see photos of your cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they cannot stay with us.

Is ARRIVE Albuquerue a wedding venue?

Yes, we are a great venue when you're looking for an intimate wedding, an elopement dinner, or a fun cocktail reception for up to 375 guests. With several private event spaces available, including DWTNR Cocktail Bar and Lounge, an outdoor patio, and pool deck, we've got something for every occasion. Where is ARRIVE Albuquerque located?

ARRIVE Albuquerque is situated on the historic Route 66, in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque. Our location is incredibly walkable! When you stay with us, you'll be a short walk or ride share away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and attractions, like Ex Novo Brewing Company, Oni, The Burque Bakehouse, Farm & Table, Sandia Peak Tramway, the seasonal Downtown Growers Market, University of New Mexico, and so much more. And if you don't feel like venturing far, we have a restaurant on-site, DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, that offers some of Downtown Albuquerque's best brunch, cocktails, green chile burger, and happy hour.

How far is ARRIVE Albuquerque from the Albuquerque International Sunport?

We are located just under 5 miles from the Albuquerque airport. By car, it'll take you about 10 minutes!

Do you need to rent a car when visiting Albuquerque?

When you stay at ARRIVE Albuquerque, you'll be in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to plenty of great bars and restaurants. Renting a car is handy if you want to walk the Paseo Del Bosque Trail (The Bosque), explore the Petroglyph National Monument, or ride the Sandia Peak Tramway, but you can get around easily on foot or using ride-sharing services.

What local attractions is the hotel close to?

Great question! ARRIVE Albuquerque is located less than a mile away from the Albuquerque Convention Center and Downtown Growers Market, and under 3 miles from the University of New Mexico. If you are looking to enjoy some outside activities, we are under 2 miles from Albuquerque BioPark Botanic Gardens, and a less than 30-minute drive to Balloon Fiesta Park and Sandia Peak Tramway! If you're in town for Balloon Fiesta, Gathering of the Nations Pow Wow, or Festival Flamenco, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a great option with its walkable location, amenities, on-site pool, restaurant, and spacious hotel rooms.
