When is check-in and check-out at ARRIVE Memphis?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Where do I check in?

Head into the lobby and toward the counter. The front desk shares the space with our cafe and bakery, Hustle & Dough. You may notice two lines if it's busy. Look for the front desk agent with an "A" pin on.

Can I check in early?

We can't guarantee early check in, but shoot us a text at 901.669.3116 or give us a call at 901.701.7575 and we'll be happy to check availability for you. 

Can I check out late?

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out.

How old do you need to be to book a room at ARRIVE Memphis? 

You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us. ARRIVE Memphis is a family-friendly hotel, and children and guests under 21 are welcome to stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Does ARRIVE Memphis have on-site parking?

Yes! Valet parking is available at ARRIVE Memphis for $34 per night plus tax. Hotel guests can pull up to the hotel loading zone on Butler St, adjacent to the hotel, for luggage assistance, check-in, and valet parking access. The parking garage is locked from midnight to 6AM. If you will need your car between these hours, please contact the front desk to make arrangements ahead of time.

Do you have bikes or scooters for rent?

We don’t have any bicycles or scooters, but you may find one from an outside vendor to borrow.

Is ARRIVE Memphis near a trolley stop?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis is located right next to one of Downtown Memphis Trolley Main St Line's stops!

What other forms of transportation are around?

With ARRIVE Memphis's downtown location and close proximity to Beale Street, you can easily walk, rent scooters, bicycles, hop a trolley, use a ride share app, and more.

Does ARRIVE Memphis have a restaurant or on-site dining options?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis has two on-site dining options. There’s Hustle & Dough, an all-day bakery and café offering fresh breads and pastries. Do you have room service?

Yes! Room service is available from both of our dining outlets. Hustle & Dough, located right downstairs in the lobby, offers our hotel guests in-room breakfast and lunch from 7AM to 2PM daily. Bar Hustle offers cocktails, beer, wine, and light snacks from our kitchen from 5PM to 10PM daily. 

Does ARRIVE Memphis have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis has complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

Do you have a concierge?

Do you have a gym?

ARRIVE Memphis has a guest-exclusive Fitness Center, located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It’s open from 7am to 9pm daily and features a Peloton bike, two treadmills, free weights, a weight bench, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, mats, and foam rollers. Water and gym towels are provided!

Do the rooms have fridges?

Yes, all rooms at ARRIVE Memphis have a mini fridge featuring a fully-stocked minibar with gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, we don’t.

Can I smoke or vape in my room?

ARRIVE Memphis is a smoke-free property. We do not permit smoking or vaping indoors, on balconies, or in communal outdoor spaces.

Is ARRIVE Memphis dog-friendly?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis is a pet-friendly boutique hotel and allows well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under with a one-time, $50 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay are included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home!

*Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love to see photos of your cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they cannot stay with us.

Does ARRIVE Memphis have private meeting or event space?

ARRIVE Memphis is a great place to host your group event! We have several spaces available for private and semi-private gatherings and celebrations, including Bar Hustle, a private shuffleboard bar, and our conference room. Check out our Private Events page for more information.

Is ARRIVE Memphis a wedding venue?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis is a great venue when you're looking for an intimate wedding, an elopement dinner, or a fun cocktail reception for up to 120 guests. Check out the Private Events page, hit the “Book Now” button, and we’ll go from there.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

If you booked a refundable rate, you can modify or cancel your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page. For additional help, email us at memphis@arrivehotels.com. Please check your confirmation email for information on cancellation policies and refunds.

Is ARRIVE Memphis close to Beale Street?

ARRIVE Memphis is a short 10 minute walk to Beale Street, or you can hop on the Downtown Memphis Trolley. The Main Street line stop is right outside our doors and runs every hour Monday–Saturday, 8 AM to 10PM, and Sundays 8AM to 6PM!

Is ARRIVE Memphis close to Downtown?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis is a short walk, scooter, or trolley ride to get to the center of Downtown.

Are you close to the Resanant Convention Center?

Yes, ARRIVE Memphis is 1.3 miles away from Resanant Convention Center. That's about a 5-minute drive, 10-minute scooter ride, or about a 15 minute ride on the Downtown Memphis Trolley.

How far is ARRIVE Memphis to the FedEx Forum?

The FedEx Forum is .8 miles away from ARRIVE Memphis. If you're staying with us to catch a Memphis Grizzlies game, you can get to the stadium in 3 minutes by car or 18 minutes on foot. 

Where is ARRIVE Memphis located?

ARRIVE Memhpis is situated on Main Street, in Downtown Memphis, only a few blocks from the Mississippi River. When you stay with us, you're a short walk or ride share away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and attractions like Catherine & Mary's, Acre, Hog & Hominy, Amelia Gene's, By the Brewery, the Renasant Convention Center, Fedex Forum, and so much more. And if you don't feel like venturing far, we have two restaurants on-site: Bar Hustle, an intimate neighborhood cocktail bar featuring creative cocktails, local beer, wines by the glass, Detroit-style pizza, and light snacks from our kitchen, and Hustle & Dough, our all-day bakery and café.

How far is ARRIVE Memphis from the Memphis International Airport?

We are located about 9 miles from MEM airport. By car, it'll take you about 20 minutes!

Do you need to rent a car when visiting Memphis?

With our prime location on South Main, within walking distance to the Blues Museum, The National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, and FedEx Forum, you don't necessarily need to rent a car. 

What attractions are you close to?

Great question! ARRIVE Memphis is located a couple of blocks from the Blues Hall of Fame and the National Civil Rights Museum, seven miles from Graaceland, and eight miles away from The University of Memphis. We're also 1.3 miles (or a 5-minute drive) to the Renasant Convention Center. If you're looking to enjoy some outdoor activities, we are just under a mile away from Big River Crossing and five miles from the Memphis Zoo. If you're here for Memphis in May International Festival or Elvis week, ARRIVE Memphis is the perfect hotel option based on our location, amenities, spacious hotel rooms, and two convenient and delicious on-site restaurants.
