When is check-in and check-out at ARRIVE Wilmington?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Where do I check in?

ARRIVE Wilmington is located on the corner of S 2nd St and Dock St. Check in at Reception. It’s located up the same walkway as our on-site restaurant, Dram Yard!

Can I check in early?

ARRIVE Wilmington cannot guarantee early check-in, but text us as 910.812.3630 or give us a call at 910.726.3870, and we'll check on availability for you.

How old do you need to be to book a room at ARRIVE Wilmington? 

You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us. ARRIVE Wilmington is a family-friendly hotel, and children and guests under 21 are welcome to stay when accompanied by a parent or legal gaurdian.

How do I check out?

Text us when you’re leaving. If you need a copy of your folio, swing by Reception.

Is there on-site parking available at ARRIVE Wilmington?

Yes! ARRIVE Wilmington offers self-parking in our convenient above-ground parking lots for $15 + tax per day, based on availability. When you check in, let the front desk team know you’d like to park, and they’ll provide you with a parking pass and direct you to either our lot located across the street off Church Aly or the lot behind the building off McLaine Aly. If you have a local friend visiting for a meal at Dram Yard, visitor parking is available for $7 from 7am to 11pm.

Does ARRIVE Wilmington have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property and in rooms. 

Does ARRIVE Wilmington have a restaurant or on-site dining options?

Yes, and we're delighted to say our restaurant is one of the best restaurants in downtown Wilmington, NC, for delicious, locally-sourced seafood, brunch, and craft cocktails. Dram Yard is a cozy restaurant and bar serving Southern coastal flavors with a global twist, which you might recognize from The Summer I Turned Pretty or The Runarounds! We're open for breakfast and coffee Monday–Friday 7am–11am and Saturday & Sunday 7am–10am. Weekend brunch is from 10am–3pm and dinner is served Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5pm–9pm, and Friday & Saturday from 5pm–10pm. We recommend making a reservation in advance for dinner and brunch! 

Can we BYOB?

No BYOB in public areas, but Gazebo Bar and Dram Yard serve some of the finest beer, wine, and cocktails in downtown Wilmington, NC! Check out the Weekly Happenings for deals throughout the week!

Do you have a concierge?

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, we don’t. The couches in our Suites are not pull-outs either.

Do you have refrigerators in your rooms?

Yes, all rooms have a fridge with a fully-stocked minibar of gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks.

Can I throw a party in my room?

Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted at ARRIVE Wilmington, so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends at Gazebo Bar or Dram Yard for a drink.

Do you allow smoking or vaping?

No. And we’ll charge you $250 if you do.

What about on my patio or in the courtyard?

ARRIVE Wilmington is a smoke-free property. We do not permit smoking or vaping indoors, on balconies, or in communal outdoor spaces.

Can you tell me about ARRIVE Wilmington's ADA features?

ARRIVE Wilmington has accessible features throughout, including at the registration desk, in designated guest rooms, on pathways, at the restaurant and at our other public spaces. For more details, please email wilmington@arrivehotels.com.

Does ARRIVE Wilmington allow dogs?

Yes, ARRIVE Wilmington is pet-friendly and allows well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under with a one-time, $50 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay are included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home!

*Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love to see photos of your cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they cannot stay with us.

Is ARRIVE Wilmington a wedding venue?

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page, or you can email us at wilmington@arrivehotels.com. For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.

When you stay with us, you're a short walk or rideshare away from some of the city's best restaurants, attractions, and shops like Seabird, Front Street Brewery, Quanto Basta, The Brooklyn Arts Center, Airlie Gardens, The Wilmington Trolley, Cotton Exchange, UNC Wilmington, and so much more! And if you don't feel like venturing far, we have a restaurant on-site, Dram Yard, which offers dinners featuring Southern coastal flavors with a global twist.

What attractions is ARRIVE Wilmington close to?

ARRIVE Wilmington is located less than a mile away from The Battleship Wilmington, Cape Fear Museum of History & Science, The Brooklyn Arts Center, and 1 mile away from the Riverfront Park Amphitheater. If you are looking to enjoy some outside activities, we are less than half a mile away from the Wilmington River Walk and the Wilmington Trolley and about a 20-minute drive from the coast! If you're in town for Azalea Festival or Riverfest, ARRIVE Wilmington is a great option with its walkable location, amenities, on-site restaurant, and spacious hotel rooms.

How far is ARRIVE Wilmington from the Wilmington Internation Airport?

We are located just over 4 minutes from the ILM airport. By car, it'll take you about 10 minutes to get to us!

Do you need to rent a car when visiting Wilmington, NC?

When you stay at ARRIVE Wilmington, you'll be within walking distance of plenty of great bars and restaurants in downtown Wilmington. Renting a car is handy if you want to explore Wrightsville Beach or the coast, but you can get around easily on foot or using ride-sharing services.

Was The Summer I Turned Pretty filmed at ARRIVE Wilmington?

Great eye! Yes, The Summer I Turned Pretty was filmed at ARRIVE Wilmington. On camera, the hotel was known as Cousins Inn in Season 3! Belly's parents shared a romantic scene at Dram Yard, Conrad confessed his love for Belly to Mr. Fisher at Gazebo Bar, and Jeremiah, Steven, and Taylor had drinks at Dram Yard after the wedding was called off. Jeremiah's post-wedding hotel scenes were filmed in an ARRIVE Wilmington guest room. Why do I have to give you my mobile number to book a room?

We like to communicate with guests via text. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 910.812.3630 with any questions or requests, and during your stay you can text us for anything you need, including housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, and more.

What if I don’t want to receive texts?

To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.

Do all these texts cost money?

We don’t charge you anything, but your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us.
