COVID-19

Are you open?

Yes, we’re open and taking health and safety seriously. Check out our COVID-19 response page for more information.

CHECKING IN & OUT

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.

Where do I check in?

Check-in at the counter for our bakery, Hustle & Dough.

Can I check in early?

Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!

Can I check out late?

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out.

Anything else I need to know about check-in?

You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us.

ROOMS

Do the rooms have fridges?

Yes, all rooms have a fridge and it’ll be stocked with chilled water upon arrival.

When does housekeeping come?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-stay housekeeping has been suspended to limit guest and staff interaction.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, we don’t.

Can I smoke or vape in my room?

No and we’ll charge $250 if you do.

DOGS

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome but cannot be left alone in the room. There is no pet fee, but any damage or mess left behind will be billed accordingly.

Do you allow service animals?

Of course!

GETTING AROUND

Do you have bikes or scooters for rent?

We don’t have any bicycles or scooters, but you may find one from an outside vendor to borrow.

Are you near a trolley stop?

Yes, there’s one right in front of the hotel.

What other forms of transportation are around?

Since we’re close to Beale Street, so you can walk, rent scooters, bicycles, hop a trolley, use a ride share app, and more.

LOCAL

Are you close to Beale Street?

We’re within walking distance.

Are you close to Downtown?

It’s a short walk, scooter, or trolley ride to get to the center of Downtown.

Are you close to the Convention Center?

It’s an easy scooter ride or a quick Uber ride away.

AMENITIES

Do you have any restaurants and bars on site?

Yes. There’s Longshot, a shuffleboard bar and restaurant that’s quickly become a local favorite. We also have Hustle & Dough, a bakery with homemade breads and pastries, and coffee from Vice & Virtue. If you’re looking for something a little stiffer, try Bar Hustle for delicious cocktails, wine and beer from happy hour until late night.

Do you have room service?

No, but Postmates, UberEATS and other delivery services can and will deliver to the hotel.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we do!

Do you have a concierge?

We do have staff on-site that can help with recommendations and conveniences throughout your stay. Text us and we’ll help out.

Do you have parking?

Yes, Valet Parking is available for $25/day + tax! You do have in and out privileges throughout the day at no additional cost. Valet hours are 6AM to 12AM daily.

RESERVATIONS

What’s the best and cheapest way to book a room?

Booking online via our website is always the cheapest, best way to reserve your room.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, you can modify your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page. If it’s something more complicated or you need to talk to us, email us at memphis@arrivehotels.com. For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.

MEETINGS & EVENTS

Do you have a meeting space?

We have a conference room with a variety of flexible setups for meeting, office and group use for 20+ people. We also have our Poker Room which holds up to 8 people.

You have a poker room?

Yes, our Poker Room is on the 2nd floor and is designed in the style of Elvis’ Billiards Room at Graceland. Email or text us if you’re interested in renting it out for a private event or meeting.

Do you do weddings?

We can certainly host your guests and do room blocks, and we may be able to pull off some gatherings in our meeting room, Poker Room, or at our shuffleboard bar and restaurant Longshot. You’ll probably need to hold your ceremony and main reception elsewhere, but we know some places. Contact us here if you want to learn more.
