Led by Executive Chef Eric Cook with Chef de Cuisine Darren Chabert, Julia Brown will take you on a journey through the evolution of Creole cuisine with a unique, origin-inspired menu.

Adjacent to our restaurant sits the bar, aptly named 1915, paying homage to the year the devastating hurricane predicted by Voodoo Priestess Julia Brown hit Louisiana. 1915 serves crafted cocktails to keep one’s ‘spirits’ high and souls protected from lingering Voodoo spirits known to lurk throughout New Orleans.
