Private Events

With 32 guest rooms, including rooms with two queen beds, ARRIVE Palm Springs is a great place to host your group! We welcome groups of all kinds, from wedding guests, to birthday party buyouts, company retreats, production teams, or social groups looking for the perfect Palm Springs hotel to call home during Coachella and Stagecoach. Give us some details about your guest room needs, and let’s talk blocks.

Tucked into Palm Springs' Uptown Design District, ARRIVE Palm Springs is the ideal adults-only backdrop for private events of every size. Our poolside restaurant and bar, Palm Canyon Swim & Social, and private event space are available for private and semi-private gatherings. Whether you’re looking for a lounge that converts into a conference room for 12, a poolside birthday party for 200 of your closest friends, or a unique and perfectly designed wedding venue, we've got the flexibility to make it work, however you're celebrating. Milestone birthday celebrations are kind of our thing here at ARRIVE Palm Springs, so tell us what you’re envisioning and let’s make it happen.

In addition to offering buyouts of our pool deck, ARRIVE Palm Springs has a separate indoor/outdoor private event venue that’s ideal for weddings, birthday parties, and pop-up shops. The interior features a bar, a separate dining room for up to 12 guests, and a perfectly secluded outdoor patio that can accommodate up to 100 seated for dining or 200 standing. Take your vows under the desert sun and head inside for a night of dancing and drinks!

Our private event space is a flexible option for hosting creative meetings, workshops, and conferences. In addition to the boardroom that accommodates 12, the indoor lounge can be converted into a classroom-style setting. Best of all, the space opens up to an intimate outdoor patio, so you can easily transition from a board meeting to after-work drinks, snacks, and mingling.

Cabanas are a great place for your group to commune poolside. Order bottles and snacks in your private oasis.
