Can children stay at ARRIVE Palm Springs?

ARRIVE Palm Springs is an “adults only” resort. All guests must be 21 or older. There are no exceptions, unless you are a pawrent and you’d like to bring your well-behaved dog.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Where do I check-in?

Check-in at ARRIVE Palm Springs is located just past the entrance doors on E Palm Canyon Drive. Head inside and you’ll find our front desk right next to the bar.

Can I check in early?

We can't guarantee early check-in, but shoot us a text at 760.316.6922 or give us a call at 760.507.1650 and we'll be happy to check availability for you. 

Does ARRIVE Palm Springs offer late check out?

We'll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day's check-ins. Give us a call and we'll see what we can work out. 

How do I check out?

Text us and let us know you’re leaving. If you need a copy of your folio, come see us at the bar.

Does ARRIVE Palm Springs have parking?

Yes! Self-parking is available at ARRIVE Palm Springs in our convenient lot for $15 + tax/day based on availability. When you check in, let the front desk team know you’d like to park, and they’ll provide you with a parking pass. The above-ground parking lot is located behind the hotel off Wawona Street.

Do you have car charging stations?

No, we don’t. But there’s one in Downtown Palm Springs not far from the hotel!

Does ARRIVE Palm Springs have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in guest rooms.

Does ARRIVE Palm Springs have room service?

Yes! Room service is available seven days a week during the regular restaurant hours of operation. You’ll find the menu in your room, and you can text us to place your order. Explore our offers page to find the best deals on rooms with breakfast included!

Do you have a bike I can borrow?

Yes, ARRIVE Palm Springs has bicycles available for guests, first-come, first-served. They are perfect for cruising down to the shops and restaurants in Downtown Palm Springs.

Do the rooms have fridges?

Yes, all rooms have a fridge that features a fully-stocked minibar with gourmet snacks and refreshing drinks.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, we don't have rollaway beds or cribs at ARRIVE Palm Springs.

Can I throw a party in my room?

Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted, so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends for a meal at our poolside restaurant. Guests not staying with us can reserve pool loungers for $25, subject to availability.

Do you allow smoking or vaping at ARRIVE Palm Springs?

ARRIVE Palm Springs is a smoke-free property. We do not permit smoking or vaping indoors, on patios, or in communal outdoor spaces.

Can you tell me about ARRIVE Palm Springs ADA features?

Do you have hair dryers and fabric steamers?

Yes! In-room amenities include hair dryers and fabric steamers.

Does ARRIVE Palm Springs have double rooms!

Yes, we have rooms that feature two queen beds. These double rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. 

Is ARRIVE Palm Springs dog-friendly?

YYes, ARRIVE Palm Springs welcomes well-behaved dogs 30lbs and under are welcome with a one-time, $100 + tax non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. Use of a plush dog bed and ceramic bowls during your stay is included, as well as courtesy bags, organic treats, and a custom chew toy to enjoy and take home!

*Limit 1 dog per room. We’d love to see photos of your cats, ferrets, and other non-canine pets, but they cannot stay with us.

Can I host a meeting or event at ARRIVE Palm Springs?

ARRIVE Palm Springs is a great place to host your group event! Our restaurant features an expansive patio with lots of California sunshine, and we also have a spacious conference room and private event space that’s great for intimate get-togethers for up to 150 guests. Is breakfast included at ARRIVE Palm Springs?

If you booked a room package that includes a daily breakfast credit, you have $30 per room per day to enjoy at Palm Canyon Swim & Social exclusively, starting the morning after you check in. This credit does not rollover, has no cash value, and does not apply to staff gratuity. Be sure to bill your meal to your room so the daily credit applies!

Can I cancel my reservation?

If you booked a refundable rate, you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page, or you can text us at 760.316.6922 or email us at palmsprings@arrivehotels.com. For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.

How far is ARRIVE Palm Springs from the Palm Springs International Airport?

We are located just under 4 miles from PSP airport. By car, it'll take you about 10 minutes! If you're flying into LAX and heading our way from Los Angeles, the car ride will take you 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic, of course.

Do you need to rent a car when visiting Palm Springs?

With our prime downtown location, ARRIVE Palm Springs is a short walk to many of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops, including Sandfish and The Heyday. While you can absolutely get around on foot or on one of our bicycles, a car can be helpful if you plan to venture outside the downtown area during your stay.

What attractions are you close to?

Great questions! ARRIVE Palm Springs is located just 3 miles from the Palm Springs Air Museum, 1.5 miles from the Palm Springs Art Museum, and 5 miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. If you're looking to enjoy some outdoor activities, we are about a 30-minute drive away from The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, a 20 minute drive to Indian Canyons Trail, and a 12 minute drive from Taqhuitz Canyon! How far is ARRIVE Palm Springs from Coachella?

ARRIVE Palm Springs is about 25 miles from the Coachella Music and Arts Festival grounds, roughly a 40-minute drive depending on festival traffic. We’re also just a 5-minute drive from the official Coachella shuttle pick-up at the Palm Springs Convention Center. We recommend booking early as festival weekends fill up fast. Why do I have to give you my mobile phone to book a room?

We like to communicate with guests via text. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 760.316.6922 with any questions or requests. During your stay, you can text us for anything you need, including housekeeping, local recommendations, reservations, ice, etc.

What if I don’t want to receive texts?

To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.

Do all those texts cost money?

Your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us. We don’t charge anything extra, though.

I live near ARRIVE Palm Springs, am I allowed to use the pool?

Do you have a bar?

Is Palm Canyon Swim & Social open to the public?
