Where do I check in?

Can I check in early?

Can I check out late?

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out.

Anything else I need to know about check-in?

You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us.

How do I check out?

Text us and let us know you’re leaving. If you need a copy of your folio, come see us at the bar.


Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in our daily resort fee.

Do you offer room service?

Yes! Room service is available seven days a week. The room service menu and hours match our poolside restaurant. You’ll find the menu in your room and you can text us to place your order.

Do you have a spa?

We don’t, but we can connect you with in-room spa services! Text us at 760.227.7037 before or during your stay and we’ll make it happen.

Do you have a bike I can borrow?

Yes, we have bicycles available, first-come, first-served.

Do you have a concierge?

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, we don’t.

Can I throw a party in my room?

Thanks for asking. Hotel room parties are not permitted so all guests can enjoy their R&R. Meet your friends for a meal at our poolside restaurant. Or outside guests can reserve pool loungers for $25, subject to availability.

Can I smoke or vape in my room?

No. And we’ll charge you $250 if you do.

What about on my patio or in the courtyard?

We’re a smoke-free property. This includes patios and communal outdoor spaces.

Can you tell me about the hotel’s ADA features?

We’ve got accessible features throughout, including at the registration desk, in designated guestrooms, on pathways, at the restaurant and at our other public spaces. For more details, please email


Can people who aren’t staying at the hotel hang out by the pool?

We have always strived to make our common areas accessible to our neighbors, but in light of COVID-19, we will be restricting the pool area to guests unless a public event is scheduled. As always, you have to be 21 in order to spend time at the pool.


Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, our poolside restaurant is open for breakfast and poolside snacks daily.

Do you have a bar?

Yes, our poolside restaurant serves plenty of beer, wine, and cocktails too.

Where can I get coffee?

Our friends at Cartel Coffee Lab have set up a beautiful little spot here.

Do you have an ice cream and retail shop all rolled into one?

Where do I park my car?

Self-parking in our lot is included in the resort fee. Limit one vehicle per room. Entrance to the parking lot is off Wawona Street. Please pick up a parking pass when you check-in.

Do you have car charging stations?

No, we don’t. But there’s one within walking distance that we can point you to.


Are dogs allowed?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome. If your furry friend makes a mess or causes any damage, we’ll have to charge accordingly though.

Do you allow service animals?

Of course!


How do I book a room?

Online through our website is always the easiest and cheapest way to book a room.

Do you charge a resort fee?

Indeed, we do. A daily resort fee of $25+tax is added to all bookings. This resort fee includes self-parking for one vehicle per room and plenty of perks like a welcome refreshment when you check in, free Wi-Fi, use of our house bicycles (subject to availability), and pool towels and chairs while you take a dip.

What if I don’t want all these amazing perks?

The resort fee still applies, so enjoy those benefits.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page, or you can text us at 760.227.7037 or email us at For information on cancellation policies and refunds, please check your confirmation email.

Can I reserve a block of rooms?

Absolutely. Check out our Private Events page and let us know the details.


Why do I have to give you my mobile phone to book a room?

We use text message to interact with guests. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 760.227.7037 with any questions or requests, and during your stay you can text us for anything you need, including housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, ice, etc.

What if I don’t want to receive texts?

To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.

Do all those texts cost money?

Your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us. We don’t charge anything extra, though.


Can I host a meeting or event at ARRIVE Palm Springs?

We’d love to host your group. We have a great event space we call The Palm Springs Fan Club that’s great for intimate get-togethers. Check out the Private Events page, hit the “Book Now” button, and we’ll get the conversation started.
